1. Who we are

Natë Society (“we”, “us”) is an independent nightlife promoter. We are not the owner, operator or employee of any club or venue that hosts the events we promote, and we do not control the venue’s premises, staff or security.

2. No guaranteed entry

Guestlist registration, a VIP pass, a QR code or a bottle/table reservation does not guarantee entry. It is a request to be placed on a list. The venue’s door management and security keep the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any person, at any time and without giving a reason, including because of dress code, behaviour, capacity limits, apparent intoxication, missing or invalid ID, or any other safety or licensing concern.

A refusal of entry by the venue is not a breach of these terms by us and gives rise to no refund or compensation claim against us.

3. Venue policies come first

Final venue policies apply to every guest and override anything shown on this site. In particular, the venue alone decides and enforces:

• age restrictions (for example 18+ or 21+) and the ID it accepts — bring a valid physical photo ID;
• entry fees, minimum spends, table and bottle prices and any door charges;
• dress code and conduct rules;
• capacity, queue order and which areas guests may enter.

Dress-code and vibe tags shown on event pages (for example “Smart Casual”) are guidance only. Prices, line-ups and details may change without notice.

4. Guestlist cut-off times

Guestlist privileges are valid only until the cut-off time shown on your pass and on the event (for example 00:30). Times are in the venue’s local time. After the cut-off, your registration expires and standard door rates and entry restrictions apply, subject to the venue’s discretion and capacity. The countdown on your pass is a convenience; the venue’s clock and staff decide.

5. Tables, bottles and group policy

Groups that include four (4) or more men require a bottle/table reservation. Table and bottle bookings are subject to availability and to the venue’s own minimum spend and payment terms, which are agreed and paid to the venue unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

6. Changing or cancelling

You can change your guest count or cancel your reservation at any time before the cut-off on the Find my pass page. Cancelling releases your spots back to the guestlist immediately. Please cancel if you cannot attend so others can use the spot; repeated no-shows may lead us to decline future registrations. Increasing your guest count is subject to available capacity.

7. Event changes and cancellations

Events, dates, times, line-ups, venues and capacity may be changed, postponed or cancelled by the venue or by us, including for reasons outside our control (licensing, safety, weather, artist availability, public orders, force majeure). We will try to notify you using the contact details you provided but are not obliged to offer any alternative event or compensation.

8. Your conduct

You agree to give accurate booking details, to respect venue staff, other guests and local law, and to attend at your own risk. We may remove you from any list and decline future bookings at our discretion. You are responsible for your own belongings, transport, accommodation and consumption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natë Society, its owners, organisers, staff and partners are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with:

• refusal of entry, removal from a venue, or expiry of the guestlist at the cut-off;
• cancellation, postponement or modification of an event by the venue or by us;
• travel, accommodation, ticketing, transport or other expenses you incur in reliance on a booking;
• acts or omissions of the venue, its staff, security or other guests;
• loss of or damage to personal property, or personal injury occurring at or around a venue;
• website downtime, errors or unavailability of passes or QR codes.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a booking is limited, where permitted, to the amount you paid directly to us for that booking (which for a free guestlist registration is nil). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Photography and filming

Events may be photographed or filmed for promotion. By attending you accept that you may appear in that material. Tell venue staff or us if you object and we will make reasonable efforts to respect that.

How we collect and use your personal data, including future event updates, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
